You know what I love? Ginger beer. That’s what. And you know what I love even more? Organic ginger beer.
You’ll probably be familiar with Phoenix Organics. Their beautifully designed bottles of sumptuously quenching bevvies are now gracing the glass-fronted refrigerators of all the best cafés, Melbourne-side and beyond (I even found it in Singapore - mais, oui!).
In fact, they’re a Kiwi company – and they certainly know how to do class design coupled with quality product in New Zealand. Phoenix Organics have been doing their thing since 1986 (heavens! I was still in kindergarten then), and their success truly has risen along with consistent delivery of an alternative but readily available drink with surprisingly strong market difference: delicious, quality organics.
So, we all know they do amazing fizzies:
- Cola (the good kind)
- Creaming Soda (it’s a limited edition, y’all)
- Ginger Beer (ginge! My favourite!)
- Lemon Lime & Bitters (vodka, anyone?)
- Lemonade (with real lemons. Real.)
- Orange Fizz (that even the kiddies will think is less healthy than it is)
But they also now do butt-kicking organic juices, sparkling juice drinks (someone pass me Fejoa right now!!!), pre-mixed hot drink bases (Chai, Berry Well & Lemon Toddy), sparkling mineral water and drum-roll please… Organic, Honey Carbonated Cola & Ginger Beer. Which I intend to have on a steady drip for the rest of summer.
